Are you looking for a valve with a high Kvs value, an unobstructed flow path in fully open position as well as a linear and equal percentage characteristic? SAMSON has combined the positive features of a rotary ball segment and a V-port plug to create the new Type 3310 Valve. The ports worked into the ball segment ensure an excellent rangeability and a high control quality.

The Type 3310 Valve has remarkable features you won't want to miss:

    
   
– Rangeability of 100 to 1
– Depending on the direction of rotation, either the equal percentage or the linear characteristic is available for control
– The shape of the gasket prevents deposits from building up on the ball surface
– The angle of rotation is 90°
– Leakage class VI requirements are met
 
     

The control valve fits nice and neatly into your plant. Thanks to the rotating closure member, the body is very compact. Since the seat is plugged in and the shaft consists of two pieces, the seat and the plug can be disassembled easily.

The AirTorque actuator and the Type 3278 Actuator are perfectly tailored to the valve. They provide positioning forces to suit any application since their torques match the segmented ball valve perfectly. Though small in size, the AirTorque actuator offers high torques and is available in a single-acting as well as a double-acting version.
