Ball valves are often used in the oil and gas industry to shut off or drain tanks and pipelines. Their features include tight shut-off and modular design to adapt to any service condition.

SAMSON STARLINE is a preferred ball valves supplier qualified by EPC service providers and well-known end users active in oil and gas. SAMSON STARLINE's product range includes prime-quality floating and trunnion-mounted ball valves made of different materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, titanium and exotic alloys. Trunnion-mounted ball valves are particularly suitable for large valve sizes and high pressures as the ball is guided at the top and at the bottom. Nevertheless, they are also available in smaller sizes from NPS ½ for more critical applications. Floating ball valves are excellent in steam applications for temperatures up to 250 °C.

The high-quality trunnion-mounted ball valves by SAMSON STARLINE are available with soft or metal seats for abrasive process media as well as in low- and high-temperature versions.
