Since 4 September 2017, the new SAMSON website (www.samsongroup.com) is online. It has been designed in line with our corporate design that you are familiar with from our printed documentation, flyers, brochures, and booth design at trade fairs. The brand is clearly recognizable.
Besides the new design and structure, the some new features are available:
Product selector and landing page
The product selector supports you during your search to find a product. Starting from seven product groups (valves, self-operated regulators, actuators, valve accessories, signal converters, automation systems and sensors as well as thermostats) various filters can be set to narrow the products listed in the hit list. It is easier for you to find a certain product from our extensive portfolio and obtain data about it.
A landing page is hidden behind each product in the hit list which lists the key product features, accessories, and options. You also will find here a list of all up-to-date downloads belonging to a product: flyers, brochures, special prints, data sheets, mounting and operating instructions as well as certificates. In this way, you have all information on a product in one place.
To find out which products are particularly suitable for your market, select Markets in the product selector. Products primarily suitable for other markets do not appear in the hit list.
Contact SAMSON
You can send a direct inquiry to the engineering and sales office or subsidiary responsible for your region. The PIN PRODUCT button allows users to save a product including the filters set to find it. To make contact, you only have to enter your name, e-mail address and country (postcode within Germany) to send off the inquiry. Additional text can be entered, if required. You receive an automatic confirmation e-mail after sending your inquiry.
Contact is made in the same way over the new interactive window, but in this case without automated product inquiry.
Listing of up-to-date and historical documents
Only up-to-date documents are listed on the product page in the download area. This usually contains at least the German and English documents. Many documents are available in several other languages, but they are not always up-to-date. We still want to give you the opportunity to have access these documents since it is much easier to read complex issues in your native language. Therefore, we have set up a central publication page where you can find all SAMSON documents. Use the Outdated documents filter to narrow down the search for outdated and updated documents.
